2019 RHS Hurtado Scholars Program Giving Challenge

About Rockhurst High School 2019 Hurtado Scholars Program Giving Challenge

The Hurtado Scholars Program, named after St. Alberto Hurtado, SJ, is an educational and leadership opportunity offered by Rockhurst High School to prepare middle school boys for success at a college preparatory school and beyond.  The Program currently consists of 30 high school Scholars and 36 grade school Scholars.

Thanks to a group of generous benefactors, both locally and nationally, we are offering a $80,000 Match Challenge leading up to our Hurtado Scholars Program celebration event on June 13, 2019.

Your contribution supports the Program 2018-19 school year program budget of $564,400. Your generosity allows these students to learn, experience and feel the “Rockhurst difference”. Something beyond academic, athletic and social achievement. It’s an environment where young men learn to reach for the best in themselves and bring out the best in others.

Your donation will go directly toward providing opportunities for young men who desire a Jesuit education at Rockhurst.  Plus, your donation will go twice as far with the match!
