COVID-19 Response Efforts
Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March, USO-Metro has continued offering a number of programs and services for our military members and their families in DC, Maryland and Northern Virginia. To date, our organization has served more than 105,000 military members & their families through meal deliveries, virtual programming and supply drops for our units working on the front lines.
It is through the generous financial support of individuals and organizations in the local community that USO-Metro is able to fulfill its mission of strengthening America's military service members by keeping them connected to family, home and country throughout their service to the nation.
In honor of Patriot Day this September, USO of Metropolitan Washington-Baltimore, in conjunction with iHeart Media, is raising awareness for the programs and services USO-Metro provides to our military community in the National Capital Region.
