LET'S GET MOVING THIS FALL!
Join us for FEC’s “Fall Call to Movement.” Beginning September 9th, we invite you and your family to participate in a 30-day Bingo challenge, exploring new ways to move your body. Learn how movement-based activities can be a powerful tool to help youth and adults overcome life challenges.
Throughout the month, FEC is partnering with local businesses to provide families with free/discounted access to classes, memberships, and activities. Let’s get moving! Select a Bingo card to get started. All participants who complete at least five activities on their card – individually or with a group – will be eligible to win special prizes at our in-person celebration!
