Ellis Giving Day FY26

On Thursday, April 9, our community will come together for Ellis Giving Day, a 24-hour effort to raise $25,000 to support the children and families who rely on us every day, and we need your help!

Ellis is proud to be a local and national model for inclusive, equitable early education and is among the 6% of early childhood programs nationwide accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC).  
 
The families we serve face real and immediate challenges: 
- 20% of our students have open cases with the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families 
- 11% of our students are experiencing homelessness 
- Two-thirds of families rely on government child care subsidies  
 
At Ellis, early childhood education goes far beyond the classroom. We provide nutritious meals, behavioral and developmental support, and critical family services that help ensure children arrive at kindergarten healthy, supported, and ready to thrive.
