As we all prepare for the holiday season, there are neighbors in our communities that are in need - many of which have been negatively impacted by the pandemic and the derecho storm of 2020. For those individuals with the greatest needs today, for the families who deserve a better future, and for the communities we are all a part of – United Way will be here, but we can’t do it without your help.

Opportunities, including one-time and short-term volunteer activities, to serve organizations around the holidays. Commitment to a volunteer project is critical to these organizations at this time of the year, as many see an influx of those they are serving. See our 2021 Seasonal Volunteer Guide HERE.

We are proud to share we are bringing HOPE for the holidays to over 125 local families. United Way of Johnson & Washington Counties' Adopt-A-Family program has matched local companies, organizations, groups and families to our neighbors in need.
